Mexican rice dish, calamari with lemon mayo, and pancakes with apple sauce - all of these three dishes are labelled "Klimateller" in the canteen. What does this mean and does it influence students' food choices? Lucy Krille, student in the Trade Journalism master's programme, talked to David Fleischhauer, head of university catering with the Studierendenwerk Würzburg, about the characteristics of a Klimateller. She also asked students how they make their lunch choices in the canteens.
