Even though leprosy can be omitted nowadays, there are still cases of infections in many parts of the world. The German Leprosy and Tuberculosis Relief Association (DAHW) is committed to fight this and other diseases. In close cooperation with the degree programme Geovisualisation at THWS, data on leprosy outbreaks in Togo is collected and visualised on maps. THWS professor Dr. Mark Vetter reports on the project.
